According to the 2021 Census, it has a population of 701, a median age of 34, and an average household size of 3.1 people.

The property market has seen strong growth, with a median house price of around $1.15 million and a rental yield of 4.2%. While the long-planned Warnervale Town Centre has not yet materialised and some development plans have been scaled back, the Greater Warnervale Structure Plan aims to guide sustainable future growth.
